Crazy Tuesday (March 14, 2000)
(This was written by our daughter, Abbie, who was then 9 years old, as part of a school assignment.)
This is what really happened on March 14. My dad was up at the hospital getting the clinic ready for the next day. It started around 1:30 p.m., so I present to you the “Oh That’s Good, No, That’s Bad” story of the crazy Tuesday.
Narrator [me]: We were having a good day.
Audience : Oh, that’s good!
Narrator : No, that’s bad because some kids began to ring our doorbell just for fun.
Audience : Oh, that’s bad!
Narrator : No that’s good because they ran away.
Audience : Oh, that’s good!
Narrator : No, that’s bad because they turned around and began to climb our fence.
Audience : Oh, that’s bad!
Narrator : No, that’s good because at the top they jumped down and walked away.
